SPR# RSCF5G3R9A - Fixed a problem where Domcon fails with "270 error" if the Server ID is logged on and using VIASCII. Domcon prestart and cleanup processing checks for PIDs that are owned by the server id are running executables that are found in notes/lates/os390. Interestingly, the viascii executable is also located here, causing it to be included in the executable list and thus in the prestart check. The fix is to ignore viasciiI when creating the executable list as viascii is never invoked by the server proper.
